.Sophie Moullinu00c2 is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Institution of Social Sciences at the Educational Institution of Auckland. She earned her Ph.D. in sociology as well as social policy from Princeton University and formerly served as a senior policy consultant on social plan to the U.K. head of state.
